To access your subscription you can open our web version or download Create and Play on your device (iOS, Android, Amazon and Samsung devices), open the app and tap on the LOGIN button on the main menu screen. Once you're on the login screen you can access your Crayola Create and Play Profile using the same login credentials used to create your profile that has your linked subscription. This will link your device to your profile and allow access to your active subscription.
Use the Profile tab within the Parent Section of the app to manage your subscriptions and which devices are logged into your Crayola Create and Play Profile.
