If you're having trouble accessing your subscription on your Crayola Create and Play Profile, we would encourage you to ensure that the subscription holding device is logged into your account. After 7 days of inactivity, you are logged out of your Crayola Create and Play Profile and will need to log back in using your profile credentials.
Each time your subscription is renewed, you will need to log into your Crayola Create and Play Profile on the device that purchased the subscription. Doing this will refresh the renewed subscription on the devices that are signed in with that Crayola Create and Play Profile. Check that you have a strong internet connection then close and reopen the app then try logging in to your Crayola Create and Play Profile again.
If you're receiving an error when attempting to login to your Crayola Create and Play Profile, ensure that your email perfectly matches the one used to create your profile because it is case sensitive.
