Use the steps below to request a refund through the platform you use:
APPLE APP STORE
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund"
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit
GOOGLE PLAY STORE
- Go to play.google.com
- At the top right, click your Profile picture
- Click Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & order history
- For the order you want to return, click Report a problem
- Select the option that describes your situation
- Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund
- Click Submit
AMAZON APP STORE
- Open the Amazon App Store
- Go to Your Orders
- Locate your order in the list and click Problem with order
- Select your problem from the list
- Select Request refund
- Enter your comments in the text box
- Select Submit
GALAXY STORE
- Log in to Galaxy Store and tap the “Menu” icon from the main screen.
- Tap the settings icon located at the top right of the Galaxy Store menu.
- Scroll down and tap "Help"
- Tap "Contact Us" then complete the form and note your reason for a refund
